Guarantee Policy for Logo Central

At Logo Central, we take pride in providing high-quality custom screen printing and embroidery services. We stand by our products and workmanship, but if you are unsatisfied due to a fault or defect, we are here to help. This Guarantee Policy outlines your rights and our commitments regarding product quality and replacements.


1. Our Quality Commitment

✅ We guarantee that all our products meet high industry standards for screen printing, embroidery, and apparel customization.
✅ Every item is inspected before shipping to ensure there are no defects in the print or garment.
✅ If a product is faulty or does not match the approved design, we will provide a replacement or refund, subject to our return policy.


2. What Is Covered Under Our Guarantee?

Faulty Products – Items with material defects, printing issues, or embroidery faults.
Printing Errors – If your final product does not match the approved design proof, we will replace or refund the item.
Damaged Items – Products that arrive damaged during shipping may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

3. What Is Not Covered Under Our Guarantee?

Change of Mind – We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind after ordering.
Errors in Approved Proofs – Customers must review their proofs carefully before approving a design. We are not responsible for mistakes after approval.
Stock Delays – If an item is out of stock with our supplier, we will notify you the next business day and offer alternatives or a refund for that item.
Courier Delivery Delays – We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services. Please order well in advance of your required date.
Wrong Garment Size – As all items are custom printed to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you choose the wrong size. Size guides are provided for all products, and it is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct size.
Wrong Print Process Chosen – Customers must select the appropriate print method for their garment use. We are happy to advise on this before production.
Blurry or Low-Resolution Uploaded Images – If a customer uploads a low-quality image, we are not responsible for poor print results.
Colour Variations – Due to the differences in computer screen displays and fabric materials, exact colour matches cannot be guaranteed. Printed colours may vary slightly from what is seen on a screen.


4. How to Claim a Replacement

If your product is faulty or incorrect, please email our Customer Service team at contact@logocentral.co.nz with the following:

📌 Your order number
📌 The product you want to return
📌 A clear photo showing the fault or damage
📌 A brief explanation of the issue

Once we receive your email, we will review your claim within 3 business days. If your claim meets our guarantee conditions, we will organise a replacement or refund. You may be required to return the item to us before a replacement is issued.


5. Washing Instructions (To Maintain Product Quality)

To ensure the longevity of your custom-printed and embroidered garments, follow these washing guidelines:

Cold water wash only
Gentle cycle
Wash inside out
Do not tumble dry
Dry in shade

Failure to follow these washing instructions may result in fading, cracking, or damage to the print, which is not covered under our guarantee.


6. Changes to This Guarantee Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued purchases imply acceptance of the updated terms.
