Welcome to Logo Central! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website www.logocentral.co.nz and in-store services. By shopping with us, either online or in-store, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.


1. General Terms

  • Logo Central provides custom screen printing, embroidery, and apparel services, both online and in-store.
  • By placing an order, you agree to our policies regarding payments, production, refunds, and exchanges.
  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payments

Placing an Order

✅ Orders can be placed online or in-store.
✅ All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you.
✅ Full payment is required before processing orders, unless otherwise agreed.

Custom Orders & Approvals

✅ Custom screen printing and embroidery orders require design approval before production.
✅ Once a design is approved, no further changes can be made.
Logo Central is not responsible for errors in approved designs, including spelling mistakes or incorrect artwork.

Pricing & Payment Methods

✅ All prices are listed in NZD and include GST unless stated otherwise.
✅ Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
✅ We accept credit/debit cards, Afterpay,  and other available payment methods.


3. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time

✅ Standard orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
✅ Custom orders may take 1-3 business days, depending on design complexity.

Delivery & Shipping Fees

✅ Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
✅ Delivery times depend on location and courier service.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

General Products

✅ Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase if unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
✅ Proof of purchase is required.

Custom Orders

❌ Due to the nature of personalized products, custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless faulty.
✅ If a custom order is incorrect due to our mistake, we will offer a replacement or credit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

✅ If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with proof (e.g., photos).
✅ We will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.


5. Store Policies & Code of Conduct

Respectful Behavior – Customers must treat staff and other customers with respect.
Right to Refuse Service – We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate behavior or fraudulent activity.
No Unauthorised Use of Designs – Customers submitting designs for custom printing must own the rights or have permission to use them.


6. Website Usage & Intellectual Property

Content Ownership – All website content, including images, text, and designs, belong to Logo Central and cannot be copied or used without permission.
Third-Party Links – Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or policies.


7. Limitation of Liability

Errors & Omissions – While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or inaccurate product descriptions.
Product Disclaimer – Colors, sizing, and materials may vary slightly due to screen differences or supplier changes.

We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated policy.
