Shipping & Delivery Policy for Logo Central

At Logo Central, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and securely. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website www.logocentral.co.nz and in-store.


1. Order Processing

✅ Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding christmas day.
✅ Standard orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
✅ Custom embroidery and screen printing orders may take 1-3 business days, depending on design complexity and order volume.
✅ Once an order is placed, modifications may not be possible. Contact us immediately for assistance.


2. Shipping Options & Delivery Timeframes

New Zealand Shipping

✅ We offer nationwide delivery across New Zealand.
✅ Standard delivery takes 1-2 business days after processing.
✅ Rural deliveries may take additional time.

International Shipping

✅ We currently do not offer international shipping.

💡 Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Costs

✅ Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
✅ Free shipping may be available for orders over $200 (New Zealand only).
✅ Customers will see final shipping costs before completing the checkout process.


4. Click & Collect (In-Store Pickup)

Free Click & Collect is available at Logo Central, 2 Taurikura Drive, Tauriko, Tauranga, Tauranga Crossing Shopping Centre. 
✅ Customers will receive a notification when their order is ready for pickup.
✅ Orders must be collected within 14 days of receiving the pickup notification.


5. Tracking Your Order

✅ Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
✅ You can track your order via the courier's website or through your Logo Central account.
✅ If you experience delivery issues, please contact the courier first. If unresolved, reach out to us for assistance.


6. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

✅ If an order is delayed, missing, or delivered to the wrong address, contact the courier with your tracking number.
Logo Central is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
✅ If your package is missing despite a "Delivered" status, contact us within 3 days for assistance.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

✅ If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with:
📸 Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
📦 A picture of the packaging and shipping label
✅ We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement, refund, or store credit.


8. Address Changes & Incorrect Information

✅ Customers must ensure their shipping address is correct at checkout.
✅ If an address change is needed, contact us immediately after ordering.
✅ Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error cannot be refunded or reshipped for free.


9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued purchases imply acceptance of the updated policy.
